Hello! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, and counsel from a person-centred, intersectional, and anti-oppressive perspective. I see folks (individuals and couples) in-person and online, and work with clients holistically – mind and body – to bring healing, understanding, and hope.
My own life experiences have shaped the way I approach counselling with others, and I typically weave in body-oriented techniques, parts work, mindfulness, and dialectic behaviour therapy skills.
