Private practice
We support personal, professional, family, and organizational growth using expertise in psychotherapy, counseling, organizational analysis, community development, and management. We bring synergy to people, groups, and community enterprise looking to assess and build upon strengths. We work collaboratively to clarify opportunities and reduce challenges. We are qualified to support people with stress, lifestyle issues and addictions, work-life balance, life’s ups-and-downs, and mental health disorders including complex trauma issues and problem gambling. We take an approach that builds capacity not dependency.
Special Services During Pandemics (e.g. COVID/Corona), Disasters and Related Emergencies
In addition to all fee-for services available by Zoom and OTN, we respond to area demand by arranging a free and professionally-supported forum for promoting service awareness and presenting on topics that explore wide-ranging interests in mental health. Entitled "Compassion, Pain and Fatigue" our first quarterly is April 28 2024 1-4pm Central Time. Keynote is Dr. Alexander Polgar. Focal topic is addictions and assessments. This launch hybrid event is aimed through a cross-province geographic-remoteness area; and where pandemic and emergency measures are ongoing and where service gaps tell a story.

WSIB Clinic intakes and intakes for NIHB-IRS and Mental Health or other programs and private insurer arrangements can use the same referral form as self-referrals. Referrals are routinely received from physicians, family health teams, community mental health providers and agencies, occupational therapists, and vocational rehabilitation providers. Referrals through our affiliations with varied Employee Family Assistance Programs (EFAPs) and occupational safety programs are managed by the affiliated referral coordinators. Wait-time is up to 4 months. We lead an integration and referral network to maximize capacity to service regional demand. We offer a 20-minute free initial consultation for all intakes to triage a best match or facilitate an appropriate referral outside our in-house network. Referral triage is coordinated by support of our CEO Rodney and Clinical Reception Assistant Candace. We offer and we supervise registered psychotherapy, certified addictions counselling, pastoral lay counselling, and certified mindfulness, leadership, and employment coaching and related counselling by qualifying or fully qualified regulated health professionals.
