I am a Canadian Certified Peer Support Specialist, with the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation. I am honoured to use my education and “lived experience” in Mental Health and Addictions to help others discover themselves and their healing path through empathy, discovery, and ongoing support.
I offer private Peer Support sessions, and psychoeducational programs for individuals and families, online and in-person.
I specialize in Addiction, Coping Skills and Relationship Issues.
Some topics I provide support with are: substance use for individuals and family members; codependency; attachment and relationship conflict; boundaries & assertiveness; difficulty with parents (for young adults/teens); safe space for adolescents & identity; guidance for single parents; supporting the supporter (assisting a family member with mental illness/substance use issues).
