Alliance Resilience Retreat (ARR)
We are thrilled to introduce the inaugural Alliance Resilience Retreat's Healing Journey, a groundbreaking program dedicated to enhancing the well-being and self-care of spouses of veterans, RCMP, and first responders dealing with PTSD. This innovative initiative aims to address the crucial needs of partners who often bear the heavy burden of caregiving with limited support. Our program recognizes the diversity within the military, RCMP, and first responder families, celebrating this inclusive and unique community.

As Canada’s first wellness program tailored exclusively for partners of veterans with post-traumatic stress, we offer a comprehensive blend of professional guidance, spousal community support, and holistic wellness activities. The retreat is open to all spouses and promotes unity and community like no other.

With peers and professional facilitators, spouses can focus strictly on their well-being. Our goal is to foster resilience and provide essential tools for personal growth and support.

We invite you to join us as an information contributor for this pioneering retreat, where your contribution will directly impact the lives of these dedicated spouses. Together, we can create a supportive network that addresses immediate needs and builds lasting resilience within veteran, RCMP, and first responder families.
