OBAD provides peer support and informational services to individuals affected either directly or indirectly by severe and persistent Mood Disorders such as Bipolar Disorder, Unipolar Depression and Schizoaffective Disorder. This could include family members, partners, friends, or caregivers who support and care for someone with a mood disorder. Peer Support Meetings provide self-empowerment, learning, friendship, and networking opportunities in a supportive and restorative environment for people who are living with mental health issues.
