The Geriatric Psychiatry Consultation Outreach Team aims to alleviate the effects of serious mental illness by providing specialized services delivered in a caring, sensitive and respectful manner to enhance the quality of life of seniors.
The Service is for adults in Eastern Ontario at least 65 years of age who are living with a serious mental illness such as depression or dementia with related behavioural problems that make it difficult for them to manage at home or in a community setting.
