The Dam (Develop, Assist, Mentor) is a community non-profit that supports youth-at-risk, by providing a drop-in where youth are free to hang out.
 
Programs:
* Young Moms - for pregnant teens, young moms and their children* Outreach - reaching thousands of teens in their schools and in the community* Drop-in - which targets youth-at-risk and sees over 11,000 youth visits per year
