Collective Kitchen

This program offers parents the chance to get together to enhance their skills in planning nutritious meals for their families. They learn how to shop on a budget while improving the nutritional quality of meals by swapping ingredients and taking advantage of seasonal and sale products. One session is dedicated to planning meals and preparing shopping lists, the second session to meal preparation. Participants enjoy a meal together and take their nutritious meals home to share with their families.

Infant Food Cupboard
Program/Service of : Our Children Our Future (OCOF)

Assists with diapers and formula (powdered) or milk. Participants will be sent to local pharmacies involved with the Infant Food Cupboard. Participants can access the service once a month for two months then skip a month before accessing again. Warm-line is available 24/7 for messages.
