Alcontrol

A Community-based residential addiction treatment program for women whose use of alcohol and/or other drugs puts them at high risk. The program is 4-12 weeks long, depending on individual need. This full time program is individual and group counseling focused. The program is staffed 24 hrs/day. One space is reserved for a woman who is pregnant.

Bridges to Health

A two week day treatment program for adult women who are concerned with their substance use. This program has a holistic health focus that emphasizes the importance of nurturing mind, body and spirit when recovering from substance use and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Based in Kitchener, the program has a portability option that also allows it to be delivered in Guelph and Cambridge.

Twenty-four supportive housing units for individuals who have recently completed addiction treatment, or been involved with treatment who are also experiencing homelessness. Provided in conjunction with Thresholds Homes and Supports.

Men's Residential Addiction Treatment Program

A residential treatment program for men who are seeking help for their substance use. The program runs between 3-6 months and length can be negotiated depending on treatment goals.

Moving Forward

Treatment services for women who are substance involved and pregnant and/or parenting children under age 6. Options include: Individual Support, Individual Counselling, Substance Use Assessments, Link with pre-natal care, Mom's in Recovery Group, Parenting Group and Residential Treatment.
