The MBCT groups at Sogge & Associates follow the exact curriculum for the MBCT groups developed by Dr. Zindel Segal's clinical research team at CAMH. Groups involve skills practice and between session homework. Workbooks included.MBCT groups are not a first treatment for depression, nor a treatment for someone in an active depressive episode.
