Event Description
This group is for young adults and adults who are vulnerable to recurrent depressive episodes. It combines cognitive therapeutic approaches with principles and practices of mindfulness. The program teaches participants how to intentionally shift their mind from thinking about the past or the future to engage fully with the present moment. The program consists of psycho-educational material on the characteristics of depression, experiential exercises, and group reflection and discussions.
