I have 28 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and groups. My experience is mostly in mental health and I work with young adults who are struggling with transition to post-secondary. I run groups for people with social anxiety as well. I am LGBTQ friendly and can help with depression, anxiety, relationship problems and career exploration.
