Event Description
Our new workshop breaks down the decision-making process and help youth learn how to make safer and healthier choices in times of struggle. This 10-week program has been developed to show new ways of assessing subjects like finances, safety, relationships, communication, assertiveness, time and stress management and many others. Participants will develop new coping skills as well as will learn to reflect on their current patterns of behaviour.
