Scoring Instructions Each YES response counts as 1 point. A score of 5 or more points is suggestive of problematic use of social media, and would warrant further exploration, such as by a health professional. Note: This cut-off point is tentative; further validity testing is required (Eijnden, 2018, personal communication).
