By cultivating a sense of togetherness, the counsellors at Myriame Lyons Counselling and Consulting work with individuals living with chronic illnesses, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief & loss, burnout, trauma, and life transitions.

As counselling therapists, we have a passion for helping individuals attain personal growth and gain emotional awareness through mindfulness, resiliency building, and evidence-based practices (e.g., accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy (AEDP), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), internal family systems (IFS), and somatic approaches).

We are Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) with the British Columbia Association for Clinical Counsellors, and Registered Social Workers with the BC College of Social Workers. We provide counselling in both French and English for individuals living across British Columbia.
