IG Vital Health has been found on the notion of providing access for everyone seeking psychotherapy treatments in the most efficient and effective manner. Our team consists of licensed and experienced medical practitioners, therapists and social workers who prioritize the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. We offer psychotherapy assessment, treatment and interpretation services to individuals, youth and children. All our services are FREE OF CHARGE for refugees and Indigenous individuals.
We also produce a detailed, professional assessment reports and discharge reports (post-treatment plan completion) for each client. Those are especially beneficial for refugees actively involved in a refugee claimant court process, as well as those involved in other legal processes related to immigration, employment, personal injury, family and criminal law.
We are open 7 days a week, 9 am to 9 pm, by appointment with very quick turnover time (the same week).

Medical Doctor (any walk-in clinic/family physician MD) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) referral with diagnosis is required for refugees to be eligible for free of charge services. For all other individuals, it is suggested but is not a requirement.
