Event Description
Learn to help a family member, coworker, anyone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. Mental Health First Aid MHFA Canada is an evidence based program of The Mental Health Commission of Canada. Successful participants will receive a certificate.The 12 hour course takes place over two consecutive Saturdays, Saturday August 17 and Saturday August 24, 6 hours of class time each day, participants must attend all 12 hours to receive certification.
