Private practice (individual)
I am a Registered Psychologist practicing in Edmonton AB., with over 4 years of experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I specialize in trauma therapy, using Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma, those who have experienced childhood trauma, first responders, veterans and military. However, I have a wealth of experience supporting those that have experienced all types of trauma.

Trauma can leave an imprint on our lives, but it does not have to be permanent. It may alter your foundation and leave you lost, angry, confused and in unbearable pain. I believe that choosing to rebuild this foundation through therapy is a courageous step in healing. It is not always an easy journey as we need to survey the land, start digging, install the footings and work with any arising obstacles. This can be an exhausting and scary process but we will work collaboratively at your pace and create a resolution that fits for you.

Trauma does not discriminate and we will work together to explore its impact on you.

It is important that you feel safe and trust your therapist. I encourage you to find the therapist that meets your needs and if it is not me, I will support you in finding the right professional. I offer a complementary 15 minute phone consultation to discuss your needs. I also offer sessions during evenings and weekends for those with limited availability
