I specialize in working 1-1 with adults who are wanting to heal from trauma, explore difficult relationships, shed light on the patterns that are no longer serving them, and cope with anxiety.

Are you trying to move forward in life, but find yourself constantly weighed down by the past? Maybe it's your experience growing up, a toxic relationship, or something that happened to you. After hardship or trauma, the brain adapts in brilliant (though sometimes unhelpful) ways. You might find yourself feeling anxious and unable to let things go, numb and shut down, or feeling disconnected from the person you want to be and the life you want to be living. If that sounds like you, know that this doesn't have to go on forever.

Together, we can uncover how your experiences have shaped how you show up in the world today, process the things that have happened to you, and navigate towards a life that feels fulfilling. Specializing in trauma/PTSD, relationship/family issues, and anxiety, I am here to walk alongside you on this journey of growth.

Inviting change into our lives can be challenging. I promise to see you as the worthy and deserving person you are - regardless of what stage of your journey you're at. Check out my website to book your appointment, or email me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation, and let's chat about what you need to move forward.
