Event Description

People with substance use and/or mental health problems, and their families, can experience stigma when accessing health services. This often- unconscious social bias can have a negative impact on clients, family members, health service providers, and the effectiveness of the health care system itself.
Please join us in an opportunity to discuss, learn, understand and reflect on the impact of stigma and how to better support people living with substance use and mental health issues.
