Online Therapy Unit (OTU)
Offers adults free online cognitive behaviour therapy to address various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, panic, alcohol use concerns, or coping with chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, cancer, cardiac conditions) including chronic pain.

Courses consist of a series of online lessons completed typically over eight weeks.

Therapist assistance or health educator assistance is provided for many of the courses via secure email or telephone. However, some courses are self-directed with technical support only.

Clients are asked to complete questionnaires throughout treatment and at follow-up periods to evaluate the courses.
