Amy provides virtual counselling and psychotherapy for teens and young women in Ontario ages 14-24 experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, self-esteem, self-harm, emotional regulation, and trauma by creating a safe space for clients to discover and share their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
She has years of experience supporting children and youth in building life skills, navigating community resources, and coping through adversity. Amy believes that clients are the experts of their own lives and fosters a client-first approach. She knows the importance of culture, community, and identity. That’s why she works hard to create a culturally inclusive and anti-oppressive counselling space.
