Fred Victor is a social service charitable organization that fosters long-lasting and positive change in the lives of homeless and low-income people living across Toronto. Our Mission is: Improving Health, Income and Housing Stability for people experiencing poverty and homelessness.
 
Through its programs and services, Fred Victor Centre helps people to address their essential needs for food, shelter, and social contact - the basic requirements for survival. Once these needs are met, they can begin to focus on their hopes and dream for a better future. People are able to rebuild their lives by having meaningful involvement and purpose, as well as the opportunity to develop their skills and capacity.
