The Vitality Assessment Group focuses on identifying and treating physiological, psychological and environmental barriers limiting a person’s independence and participation in daily activities. We provide a Client Centered universal practice that concentrates on a client’s individual needs.

Our emphasis is placed on skills development, environmental adaptation, task modification, and cultivating a knowledge based household and work environment in order to increase performance and participation in daily activities; particularly those that are meaningful to our clients. We work in tangent with professionals in physical therapy, speech therapy, medical care, social work, and psychology counselling.

The Vitality Assessment Group uses a methodical approach based on evidence and professional rational to properly identify the therapeutic health interventions necessary to improve and reestablish functionality in life’s occupations. Our process involves a professional assessment, rehabilitation treatments, integrated case management and progress evaluation reports related to occupational performance in self-care, employability, education, leisureliness and disability management.
