Private practice (individual)
Everyone experiences emotional pain and may feel anxious or depressed at different times in life. During these times, it is comforting to know that someone is there to listen and hold your heart with care, kindness and sensitivity. Deciding to work with a psychotherapist is a courageous step towards understanding yourself and sort out what may be troubling you. I will see you, perhaps in ways that you've never been seen, and we will make sense of your patterns and struggles, and help you work through the layers of your life to see the beauty that exists within you.

As a relational, somatic therapist, I will help you understand your relational and emotional patterns, and the feelings you experience in your body, within your relationships and in social situations. We will make sense of difficult feelings such as anxiety, anger, or sadness, that might otherwise isolate or overwhelm you.

With compassionate curiosity, we will focus on your experience of life - how it feels in your body, mind and heart. By opening yourself to new awareness, you will begin to understand yourself more clearly, deepen your relationships with others, and experience more consistent feelings of well-being in your life.
