I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), licensed by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I provide online therapy sessions via a secure video conferencing platform to residents of Ontario. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, school and career concerns. I use techniques from a variety of therapy modalities with clients, particularly CBT, EFT, and Narrative Therapy.
