Kinnections Respite Program
The Kinnections Respite Program program connects families with high-needs children to trained hourly respite caregivers in order to give guardians a break. We offer both hourly & overnight (24-hour) respite supports.

Kinnections provides:
• Recruitment, screening, and training of respite caregivers;
• Careful matching process between client family and respite caregiver;
• Ongoing support to the client family and respite provider;
• Assistance accessing and navigating FSCD funding for client families;
• Direct billing to FSCD;

Kinnections Caregivers provide:
• Hourly respite services;
• Healthy connection with a safe adult;
• Support for daily routines;
• Behaviour management;
• In-home support for child;
• Community outings;
