I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in good standing with the college of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO).
I have experience in working with mental health, crisis, and addictions and complex trauma for over 10 years. I have experience with individuals and family complexities and take a client focused integrative approach to therapy.
I view psychotherapy as a tool used to facilitate change and enhance personal growth. Whether clients are new to the therapy journey or seasoned, I will provide a safe space for client to explore their behaviours, thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental space.
