Do you have anxiety about your pregnancy or stress about raising your children, affecting your mental health? You are not alone!

We often hear that pregnancy is the happiest time of our lives, a new milestone, a new beginning; however, for many, it can also be a trigger of past negative experiences.

It can be tough dealing with stress and anxiety. It feels like nothing can make things better at times. Although stress is a natural response to difficult circumstances, it can take its toll on our mental health when it persists for too long.

There is no shame in admitting that you need help. It is a sign of strength to acknowledge that you are struggling and want to reach out for support. When you are feeling down, anxious, or at your wit’s end, please know that help is available.

Psychotherapy can help you overcome depression, anxiety, and PTSD. We specialize in helping women deal with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and depression. Based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, we will help you discover new effective coping strategies to handle anxiety during pregnancy and postpartum. Let’s talk!

In addition, from prenatal to preschoolers, we got you covered.
We offer prenatal classes, newborn care education, parenting strategies for 0 - 3 years old, and counselling regarding anxiety and depression, and attachment issues.

Going through pregnancy and raising children can be daunting for some people. We are here to help you navigate any anxiety you might have related to childbirth and the complexity of parenting. We offer one-on-one coaching throughout pregnancy, sharing how to read baby cues, understand the growth and development of your baby, build a strong relationship with your child, and most of all, enjoy the process of parenthood for years to come.
