Counselling & Behaviour Services proudly provides accessible psychotherapy for everyone, including those with autism, disability (learning, developmental & physical), ADHD, and complex diagnoses. We provide evidence-based treatments to reduce the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation and specialize in adapting treatments to support individuals across a large spectrum, including those with limited communication, and cognitive and sensory challenges.

Personalized psychotherapy services for youth, adults, couples, and families in crisis, or experiencing challenges.

Areas of practice include:

Anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, family conflict, parenting strategies, learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and developmental disability.
