In partnership with hospitals and community agencies, the Elmgrove Service provides comprehensive adult mental health services to residents of Leeds, Grenville, and Lanark counties.  A 24-bed inpatient unit and outreach service.  Services are provided using a shared mental health-care model, with family physicians participating in providing ongoing care for patients and their families.
Elmgrove is an acute 'Schedule-One' facility governed by the Brockville Mental Health Centre that provides the following mental health services to adult (over the age of 15) residents:

Mobile crisis response and outpatient services for the counties of Leeds and Grenville;
Inpatient services for Leeds, Grenville and South Lanark; and
Provision of a 24-hour toll-free crisis line that is professionally staffed serving all three counties of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville.
