Although I have been to school, you are the expert on your life. So what I bring is not instruction on what you should do, but curiosity as we reflect together during your journey.
Many of our struggles involve change, fear for our future, aloneness, making meaning of our lives, and how to be who we really are. You don’t have to face these intimidating topics alone. I invite you to bring them for us to reflect on together.
I had an extensive business career before earning an MA in Counselling Psychology and HBA in Psychology. I understand the courage that it takes to take the first step away from the familiar and toward new possibilities. I understand what it is to want your life to be different.
I have lengthy experience providing grief support, so working with older adults is close to my heart.
