Catch a Fish not a Buzz Program for Youth and Families (CAFNAB)
Helps youth and family members, who are experiencing problems associated with the use/misuse/abuse of drugs/alcohol, gambling, low self esteem, poor problem solving/coping skills, and other negative behaviours that are causing problems within the family, education, or justice system. We also offer evening educational groups for all ages, dealing with anger, healthy relationships, understanding co-dependency, grieving, setting healthy boundaries, etc.
