I provide grief counselling for pet owners and veterinary professionals. I consult immigrants transitioning to life in Canada on settlement, cultural awareness, psychological coping.
I work with people who experience mental health challenges, personal struggles, parenting challenges, work place stress, Compassion Fatigue, separation and divorce, depression, anxiety disorders, ADHDD/ADD, mood disorders, eating disorders, relationships problems, grief and loss, animal related grief and loss, trouble sleeping, mid-life changes and caregiver stress.

I am here to help you develop strategies to manage the feelings that are holding you back from living a healthy and productive emotional life. Many of us face struggles with our jobs, relationships and mental wellbeing, find ourselves stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, sad, angry, unable to sleep or find enjoyment in our life. As a qualified therapist I see people struggling with the impact of stressful jobs and relationships, care-giving, parenting responsibilities, physical and mental illness, bereavement and loss. I help people break through their negative feelings so they can take steps to experience a positive and fulfilling life.
