The Better Beginnings Better Futures Project in South-East Ottawa will develop and deliver a comprehensive and integrated package of program components designed to promote healthy child development, reduce emotional, behavioural, social, physical and cognitive problems in children and enhance the neighbourhoods of Albion, Heatherington, Fairlea and Ledbury.
